Research

While the majority of the Center’s efforts are focused on education, outreach, and technical assistance, the need for research has increased throughout the years as knowledge gaps become evident. The Center’s research efforts have focused largely on unpaved road aggregate comparisons, and quantification of sediment from unpaved roads, but more recently has expanded to include dust quantification, Marcellus impacts, and other issues.
